Acute Care Registered Nurse

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across the patient continuum. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for effectiveness and safety. Document care accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory compliance. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Advocate for patients, ensuring a compassionate, patient-centered experience. Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and best-practice adoption.
