Registered Nurse (RN)
Axiom Gardens of Flora is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
- Collaborate with other departments, including social services and activities, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
