We are seeking a full-time, dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our busy, growing cardiology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced interventional cardiologist while providing comprehensive cardiovascular care in both the outpatient and inpatient settings. We are looking for someone with prior Cardiology experience as well. Position Summary The NP will work collaboratively with the supervising physician to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities include both office-based patient care and hospital rounding, offering continuity of care from the clinic to the hospital. Responsibilities Collaborate with the supervising cardiologist to provide high-quality patient care. Evaluate and manage patients in the outpatient cardiology office. Perform hospital rounds, including follow-up evaluations and discharge planning. Obtain patient histories, perform physical examinations, and develop treatment plans. Educate patients and families regarding cardiovascular conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record. Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, specialists, and ancillary services. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support practice growth. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current Pennsylvania NP license (or eligible for licensure). National NP certification. DEA license (or ability to obtain). The potential base pay range for this position is $115,000-$125,000 annually.
