Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner for the Data, Technology & AI organization in Boston, reporting to the CDIO. You will shape the talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership development to enable AI-driven transformation across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, performance management, and change leadership, leveraging data and AI to inform decisions and delivery outcomes.
