Business Support & Data Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Support & Data Specialist to assist with utility data spreadsheets customer information and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large Excel spreadsheets data entry calculations and utility-related information.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain large spreadsheets.
  
• Work with utility consumption and billing data.
  
• Review data for accuracy and perform quality checks.
  
• Calculate and analyze utility usage information.
  
• Communicate with customers internal teams and stakeholders.
  
• Assist with utility-related records and documentation.
  
• Perform on-site meter reading as needed.
  

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  
• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.
  
• Ability to understand and work with utility data.
  
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  
• Good communication and customer service skills.
  
• Familiarity with utility billing processes is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of electrical water or gas metering is a plus.
