Georgia Spa Company is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Macon showroom team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and learning about products that help customers improve their relaxation, wellness, recovery, and quality of life.

As a Sales Associate, you'll support our showroom's day-to-day sales and customer service activities while learning about premium products including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge systems, water care products, and wellness accessories.

You'll earn $16.00 per hour with opportunities to earn additional bonuses based on performance.

What You'll Help Sell

You'll assist customers with premium wellness products and accessories, including:

• Hot Tubs
• Swim Spas
• Saunas
• Cold Plunge Systems
• Water Care Products
• Hot Tub Chemicals
• Filters and Replacement Products
• Wellness Accessories

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome and greet every customer who enters the showroom
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
• Assist customers with hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, water care products, and accessories
• Learn product features and benefits so you can confidently answer customer questions
• Assist Sales Consultants with customers and sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate Sales Consultant when needed
• Assist customers with water care questions and product purchases
• Answer incoming showroom phone calls and assist or direct customers appropriately
• Follow up with customer inquiries and leads as assigned
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems
• Help prepare quotes and product information for customers
• Process retail transactions accurately
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly presented
• Receive, organize, and restock chemicals, accessories, and other retail products
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization
• Work closely with Sales Consultants, Service, Delivery, and other departments to provide an excellent customer experience
• Participate in product and sales training
• Help the showroom achieve customer service, sales, and performance goals
• Perform other showroom and customer service duties as assigned

What a Typical Day Looks Like

No two days are exactly the same. Your day may include greeting customers, answering questions about hot tubs and wellness products, helping a customer select water care supplies, supporting a Sales Consultant with a new hot tub customer, answering phone calls, following up on customer inquiries, restocking products, and making sure the showroom looks its best.

You'll be an important part of creating a welcoming environment and making sure every customer receives the level of service Georgia Spa Company is known for.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Five-day work week
• Weekend availability is required
• Schedule may include Saturdays and Sundays
• Weekday days off will be scheduled based on showroom needs
• Some holidays or special sales events may require availability

Retail weekends are some of our busiest days, so dependable weekend availability is an important part of this position.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn new software and company systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability

Previous high-ticket or commission sales experience is not required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

In addition to hourly pay, Sales Associates will have opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses.

Bonus opportunities may be based on individual and/or showroom performance, sales activities, customer service goals, and other company-established performance measures.

This position provides an opportunity to learn the business, develop sales skills, and potentially advance into higher-level sales positions.
