Route Sales Representative

Schedule: Five days a week, 45+ hours a week to start, early morning start times, changing days off weekly, holidays and weekends required. We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule! Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Job Overview Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at Frito‑Lay! Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito‑Lay’s complete line of products including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a Frito‑Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
