Key Responsibilities

• Serve as RN Circulator in a surgical hospital OR setting, supporting a team handling 4–5 cases per team
• Position patients on the hospital bed, perform surgical prep, and monitor all equipment throughout procedures
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, hip replacements, tibia and fibula surgeries, ankle and foot procedures, plastics, breast reductions and reconstructions (including DIEP flap), and robotic-assisted surgeries (Xi and DV5)
• Fulfill on-call obligations, with an expected 4–5 call days at the Alliance campus
• Float and share staffing responsibilities between the surgical hospital and Alliance campus as needed
• Collaborate with a small, experienced OR team consisting of one OR RN and two CSTs per day shift

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with OR Circulator experience
• Demonstrated ability to position patients, perform surgical prep, and monitor OR equipment
• Willingness and ability to take trauma call at the main campus
• Minimum of 1 year of OR experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as an OR Circulator
• Experience with orthopedic, plastics, and podiatry surgical cases
• Familiarity with robotic surgical systems (Xi and DV5)
• Flexible scheduling with no anticipated time-off requests during the assignment
