Benefits Enrollment Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Enrollment Specialist to support their upcoming fall benefits rollout and seasonal mass onboarding efforts. In this contract role, you will manage day-to-day benefits administration, guide employees through enrollment options, process high-volume new-hire documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to maintain accurate records. Responsibilities

• Benefits & Open Enrollment: Assist with the fall benefits rollout, answer employee inquiries regarding coverage, and support seamless open enrollment administration.

• Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate seasonal mass onboarding, process new-hire documentation, and ensure strict compliance with HR policies and regulations.

• HRIS & ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platforms to track candidate progress, maintain accurate employee records, and update benefits data.

• Administrative Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for benefits questions, manage daily HR documentation, and assist with general administrative workflow.
