BIM TEAM LEADER

Reporting to the BIM Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise and implementation of BIM standards and protocols. The ideal candidate will have a high-level experience in using Revit MEPF and Navisworks software. Moreover, an extensive experience in BIM from LOD 200 up to LOD 500. Responsibilities Reports directly to BIM Manager as required. Implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for the project. Oversee the model validation and quality control process. Perform clash detection and coordinate the resolution of design issues from the model. Prepare the QC checklist and assure the quality deliverables. Verify if all exported data from the model are complete and accurate. Configure models for all disciplines to ensure that the correct coordinate system is used, and models are matched. Assist BIM team in modeling and meet tight deadlines/schedules. Produce Revit families – 3D model, 2D symbols, and parameters according to project requirements. Contribute to and maintain BIM standards and library of BIM objects. Support teams in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving clashes. Review updates from other design teams and report complicated issues to the BIM Manager and design engineers. Attend weekly project meetings. Requirements High level experience in using Revit MEPF and Navisworks software. Extensive experience in BIM from LOD 200 up to LOD 500. Familiarity with RIBA stages (plan of work) is an advantage. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience working in ACC/BIM360. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
