Interventional Radiologist Position Overview

Location: Our facility in Jamestown, NY

Employment Status: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours with no travel required between locations. Enjoy weekends and on-call duties off!

About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to enhance our growing Radiology team. • Access to state-of-the-art imaging technology and dedicated interventional radiology suites.
• Six pre-procedure and six post-procedure recovery rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical services through preoperative planning and management of postoperative complications.
• Provide critical diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for oncology and nephrology patients.
• Enhance the urology service line by offering surgical support and advocating for minimally invasive procedures.
• Improve operational efficiencies by optimizing length of stay, clinical outcomes, and complication rates.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• American Board Eligible, American Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Interventional Radiology, with strong skills in cross-sectional imaging and a broad range of general radiology procedures.
• Eligibility to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and necessary credentials.
• DEA certification.
• A dedication to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and professional setting.
