ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for someone who is dependable, personable, organized and comfortable taking initiative. As our primary front-of-house team member, you'll help make sure customers receive prompt, friendly service whether they walk into the showroom, call us or submit an online inquiry. Our owner/operator will often be working in the shop completing installations and spray-on applications, so we're looking for someone who can confidently manage the front of the business and recognize what needs attention without constant direction. Automotive experience is not required. We'll train you on LINE-X products, services and systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional showroom experience Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions Respond promptly to online, phone, email and other customer leads Gather customer, vehicle and project information needed for quotes Schedule appointments and product installations Learn LINE-X products and services and help customers understand their options Provide estimates and sales support using established pricing and processes Follow up with customers regarding leads, estimates and appointments Enter and maintain customer, lead and appointment information in Shopmonkey Process customer payments and assist with checkout Communicate scheduling, customer needs and technical questions to the owner/operator Keep the showroom, front counter and customer areas clean, organized and presentable Keep brochures, displays and product information stocked and organized Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must be 18 years of age or older Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional and comfortable talking with customers Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional phone etiquette Organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable using computers and learning new systems Able to work independently and take initiative Willing to learn LINE-X products, services and processes Previous customer service, retail, receptionist, administrative or sales experience is preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred

COMPENSATION & PERKS
