We're looking for a part-time (VSP) Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Associate Medical Director
• You will provide virtual primary care services for patients supporting Upstate South Carolina centers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care

Required Qualification:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP)
• Current national certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active, unrestricted NP license in SC.
• DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid credentials (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Preferred Qualification:

• 2+ years Nurse Practitioner experience
• Experience in primary care, or Medicare Advantage settings with geriatric patients
• Experience with Athena EMR
• Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines.

• Part-time VSP
