Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Division Leadership and Operating Strategy
- Provide executive leadership for all Post-Acute operations and establish the strategy, priorities, standards, and operating cadence necessary to scale the division across multiple markets and states.
- Build a leadership structure capable of supporting clinically sound and financially sustainable operations across at least five states as the division grows.
- Create scalable systems, standardized workflows, management routines, escalation pathways, and decision rights. Identify operational risks, emerging constraints, and capability gaps early and implement corrective actions before they become material service, quality, financial, or customer issues.
Operational Performance and Service Delivery
- Oversee daily operations of all SNF dialysis programs, through the appointed Area Managers and ensure reliable, safe, efficient, and contract-compliant service delivery across all assigned facilities.
- Support Area Managers in accountability for staffing, scheduling, treatment completion, documentation, inventory, facility readiness, customer communication, physician coordination, and local financial performance.
- Establish and monitor operational scorecards by market and facility, including TUR, staffing productivity, labor variance, overtime, travel, missed treatments, census, referrals, quality outcomes, and customer issues.
- Direct the resolution of staffing shortages, schedule failures, supply disruptions, equipment-related operational impacts, and other service-continuity risks.
- Develop contingency plans for business continuity, emergency operations, severe staffing constraints, facility disruptions, and other high-risk events.
Financial and P&L Accountability
- Own the full Post-Acute divisional P&L, gross profit, EBITDA, labor, travel, supplies, implementation costs, and other operating expenses.
- Develop the annual operating budget in partnership with Finance and the COO : Review facility and market profitability, identify sources of financial leakage, and implement actions to improve productivity, utilization, reimbursement, cost control, and contribution margin.

- Partner with Finance, Admissions & Billing, and Revenue Cycle resources to improve documentation, authorization, claims support, denial resolution, collections, and revenue integrity.
Clinical Quality, Compliance, and Patient Safety
- Partner with the Vice President of Clinical Quality & Compliance, Chief Medical Officer, Medical Directors, and clinical leaders to ensure compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage, state requirements, HIPAA, accreditation standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Own operational implementation of quality and compliance requirements, including timely completion and sustained effectiveness of corrective action plans.
- Review quality trends and ensure leaders respond promptly to adverse events, infection risks, missed treatments, documentation failures, medication issues, survey findings, and other clinical or compliance concerns.
- Ensure Area Managers and facility teams maintain survey readiness, complete required audits, and close identified gaps within established timeframes.
Implementation and New Program Launches
- Own implementation of new Post-Acute programs after contract execution, from internal kickoff through stabilized operations.
- Ensure site assessments, operational feasibility reviews, construction and equipment readiness, staffing, credentialing, training, physician coverage, supplies, technology, billing setup, and regulatory requirements are completed before launch.
- Ensure each new facility has a defined stabilization plan, census ramp plan, customer communication cadence, and post-launch performance review. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and improve the repeatability, speed, cost, and quality of future launches.

- Identify expansion opportunities within existing health system or customer relationships through operational performance, executive engagement, market knowledge, and demonstrated value.
Physician and Clinical Partnership Development
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with nephrologists, Medical Directors, attending physicians, facility medical leadership, and Rendevor's Chief Medical Officer.
- Own operational resolution of physician engagement, rounding, coverage, documentation, order, communication, and accountability issues.
- Ensure physician coverage expectations, escalation pathways, and performance concerns are clearly documented and addressed through the appropriate Medical Director, CMO, Contracting, or executive channel.
Leadership Development and Organizational Accountability
- Directly lead, coach, develop, proactively hire and evaluate Area Managers and support roles.
- Build a culture in which leaders feel supported, have the authority and resources to succeed, and are held accountable for results, follow-through, communication, and problem ownership.
- Actively participate in hiring and interviewing process for any manager-level roles, ensuring high-quality hires, effective on-boarding and first 90-days assessment.
Market Development, Referrals, Admissions, and Patient Retention
