Role Summary The VP of Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering team, overseeing the development and implementation of engineering projects, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Main Responsibilities and Duties Lead and manage the engineering team. Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans. Oversee the execution of engineering projects. Ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies for integrating quantum technologies into the company's engineering projects.
