A Fairfield County-based bank is seeking a Universal Banker to support branch operations and assist customers with day-to-day banking needs. This role will support branch staff with teller transactions, customer service, and general branch operations. Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers Support branch staff with daily operations Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking services Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures Provide professional customer service in a branch environment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
