About the Role:

ACHA HOLDINGS LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in Ballwin, MO. This is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in a hands-on, field-based role where you'll make a real difference for homeowners and businesses every day.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and entry points
• Apply pesticides, baits, and other treatment solutions safely and effectively
• Document service visits, treatments applied, and follow-up recommendations
• Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to customers
• Maintain and organize equipment, chemicals, and service vehicle
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with state and local pesticide regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field preferred
• Missouri Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions
