Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care in Silver City, New Mexico. This travel assignment begins on 11/23/2026 and runs for 12 weeks in a long‑term care nursing home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $843 to $875 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. The shift is 3x12-hour nights, 18:00–06:30.

- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of the nursing team.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in the patient record.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess conditions, and report changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide personal care as needed.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of care plans, nursing notes, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with licensed staff to ensure safe transfers, admissions, and discharges while adhering to safety and infection control protocols. Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing for the assignment’s jurisdiction
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (18:00–06:30) in a long-term care environment
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the nursing team and care staff
