Senior Director, AI & Data Platform

Workday is seeking a Senior Director of AI and Data Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for agentic workloads within the Data Cloud. You will translate AI use cases into platform requirements, define toolkits, and establish trust frameworks for enterprise-scale AI deployment.
You will lead cross-functional teams, align with engineering and product leadership, and drive a scalable, secure AI ecosystem across Workday's Data Cloud offerings.
