Operations and Logistics Lead

About this Role Reporting into the Head of Operations, the Operations & Logistics Lead will oversee end-to‑end order management, customer delivery, and installation operations across the U.S. market. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from order confirmation through final installation, while maintaining high standards of operational execution, cost efficiency, and brand consistency. Responsibilities Oversee full‑cycle order management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness across all customer orders. Manage stock allocation and inventory planning in coordination with global supply teams to maintain operational readiness and support market demand. Lead delivery and installation operations to ensure high‑quality execution and customer satisfaction. Manage third‑party installer and field service relationships to ensure reliability, quality standards, scalability, and accountability. Oversee delivery scheduling, logistics coordination, site management, and domestic inventory movement. Ensure compliance with local registration requirements, certifications, and operational processes. Partner closely with Sales to deliver a best‑in‑class end‑to‑end customer experience. Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations related to installation quality, delivery timelines, and service concerns. Implement corrective actions and process improvements to minimize recurring operational issues. Monitor operational expenses, including logistics, vendor services, installation costs, and supplies. Establish and track KPIs including on‑time delivery, installation quality, customer satisfaction, and cost per install. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall performance. Support ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution coordination when required. Assist with installer and technician coordination, replacement part logistics, and operational reporting. Support resolution tracking and data capture within the Global Quality system. About the Candidate Approximately 3–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, field service delivery, or installation management within a fast‑paced environment. Proven track record managing third‑party vendors, installers, or field service providers, while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance and customer experience. Highly organized, operationally disciplined, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving abilities, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented, and motivated by building efficient and scalable operational processes. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas, with employees expected to work in‑office four days per week. Candidates must be flexible and recognize they are supporting a global business, which may occasionally require early morning or after‑hours availability, or schedule adjustments to accommodate different time zones and operational needs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary in the range of $80,000–$90,000 USD . Total rewards package includes extended health and dental benefits, three weeks of vacation plus a birthday off, one week of sick leave, four weeks of remote work, and a health or wellness spending account. Position eligible for an annual Operations Performance Bonus tied to operational KPIs and business performance, with bonus potential of up to 14% of base salary.
