Residential SupervisorFargo program is recruiting for a Residential Supervisor for our PRTF program. Successful applicants should have a bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience working with youth to qualify. Preference given to those with prior supervisory experience.Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is a premier residential treatment and educational center for youth and their families, a place where we look the most troubled, complex, and amazing kids in the eye, walk with them, and help them become their best selves in this world and in Christ. As a Residential Supervisor at the Ranch, you can walk with these amazing children, ages 10-18, on their journey to hope and healing.At the Ranch, Direct Care employees have a responsibility to keep our kids safe and help them heal. The Ranch has a position for Residential Supervisor who have the special obligation to support and lift up the Residential Treatment Specialists to help them become the absolute best teachers and role models for the kids, all while continuing to develop and grow within the organization.SHIFT: 40 hours, with 12-hour alternating shifts.
