Greater Boston builders are hiring Superintendents for multifamily and mixed use work: podium and wood frame, wrap and mid rise, ground up and occupied. You run the site, the trades and the schedule, and you are the one the owner walks with. BELMONT Search is a construction executive search firm. We recruit at the operating level for general contractors and construction managers across Greater Boston. The job: - Ground up multifamily, podium and wood frame, or mixed use over retail - Trade coordination and look ahead scheduling that holds through framing - Safety and quality run as standards on a site with real density - Owner and architect walks, and a punch list that closes cleanly - Developing the assistant superintendents under you Ten years or more in the field, several of them running your own multifamily jobs.
