What We Offer * Medical, dental, vision * Wellness program * 401K * Paid Time Off * Community involvement * Training product, process and technology * Business Development Center to generate leads * Loyal customer database so you get off to a fast start * Career growth Responsibilities * Contact and create appointments from leads via phone, email, chat or text * Perform vehicle demonstrations to showcase features and benefits * Enter information in our CRM product to ensure proper future follow-up * Use CRM product for all customer contact and interactions, therefore keeping the BDC staff up-to-date on customers' current status * Use CRM retention tool to effectively communicate with customers that may be in a buying position and solicit their business * Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers * Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others * Work with management to finalize sales, obtain financing for potential clients, and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements * Proven customer service experience, including CSI * Prior experience in sales a plus! * Superior communication and customer service skills * Excellent follow-through skills * Excellent multi-tasking skills * Self-motivated team player * Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year About Us Pepe Auto Group believes our success is attributed to our employees.
