Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply and a recruiter will follow up with details.

Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Virginia PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. Experience with geriatric populations, restorative programs, and mobility training preferred. Client requires the candidate to float to a sister skilled nursing location in the region on scheduled days.

Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift name: Days. Shift schedule: 5 days per week. Floating requirement: Candidate will float to a sister location in the region per client schedule. Float pattern: M/W/F at one skilled nursing location and Tues/Thurs at another skilled nursing location.
