Manageable caseload: Part‑time hours. Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6. Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress. Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices. Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines. What You’ll Need: Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). State licensure where required. ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs). Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting. Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment. Base Salary Range: $40 USD - $45 USD. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening, and any other relevant checks to ensure the safety and well‑being of the children we serve.
