What you bring:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
• Experience delivering PT services in schools or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of IEP goals, documentation practices, and compliance
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams, students, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Flexibility to travel between nearby sites as needed

What you'll do:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across multiple schools in support of IEP goals
• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to state and district standards
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student participation in school activities
• Adapt interventions to the needs of diverse student populations and school environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide input on accommodations, and contribute to educational strategies
• Share expertise with school personnel to foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
