Meadow Falls of Rocky River is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and driven Director of Sales & Marketing to help grow our vibrant assisted living community. This is more than a sales job—it's an opportunity to change lives while building meaningful relationships throughout the community.

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and community partners.

• Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.

• Guide families through the move-in process with compassion and professionalism.

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase occupancy.

• Represent Meadow Falls at networking events and community outreach opportunities.

• Work closely with our leadership team to create an exceptional resident experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in senior living sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field OR

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong communication and relationship-building skills looking for a new career opportunity.

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Passion for serving seniors and making a difference in their lives.
