Certified Health Coach

Providing one-on-one virtual coaching, the full-time Certified Health Coach will support members' health journeys by fostering behavior change and optimizing engagement in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide a human touch to the digital recovery experience for members Support members in skill-building and behavior change to optimize app engagement Monitor member pathways and document all communications using Clinical Documents Required qualifications Current NBC-HWC designation and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a health coach Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience Experience in behavior change or chronic disease management preferred Knowledge of integrative, science- and evidence-based coaching techniques Commitment to maintaining certification and continuing education requirements
