Human Resources Assistant

Human Resources AssistantProvides support in functional areas of human resources and answers any questions regarding HR policies and procedures.Shift: 3pm-11:30pm Tuesdays - SaturdaysEducation / Experience:Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skillsCapacity to perform tasks quicklyFamiliar with employment-related laws and regulationsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to maintain accuracy and consistencyBilingual in Spanish preferred3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsAbility to handle adverse situations and/or tight time deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistencyADP knowledge a plus.Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.Job Responsibilities:Assist HR with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR departmentAssist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.Support HR related trainingCoordinating logistics for new hire orientationsContinuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiencyBenefits:Health InsuranceLife Insurance401(k)Short Term DisabilityPaid Vacation & Sick leavePaid Holidays Cuisine Solutions
