Amperity's clients are trailblazers who have decided to make major investments in customer data infrastructure, and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Consulting team is crucial in advising our clients on how to turbo-boost their marketing through the strategic activation of this data. CRM Consultants work directly with marketers at some of the world's most beloved consumer brands to tackle impactful customer base challenges like acquiring high-value customers, cultivating the loyalty of existing customers, and increasing customer lifetime value.CRM Consultants, in close partnership with Amperity's Analytics team, work on an ongoing, billable basis, interacting heavily with our customers as an extension of their paid media, email, and CRM teams.Interesting ProblemsConsult with marketers to identify trends, opportunities, and valuable segments that help them drive and measure incremental growthIn conjunction with our clients, design cross-channel marketing programs, analyze performance, and provide guidance on optimization, always striving to create outsize value for our clients through their customer dataGain deep insight into the innovation - and challenges facing - today's top brands, and join them at the front lines of creating a personalized, customer-centric experience for their buyersBe an advocate for your clients across the organization by working with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure Amperity's services and products are aligned with our client's needs and goalsContribute to Amperity thought leadership shared with our communityDrive AI experimentation, leveraging insights to predict customer behavior and proactively design personalization strategies that scale customer value.Champion the adoption of Amperity's AI-first product capabilities with clients, and actively collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide user feedback and influence the AI product roadmap.About YouMinimum eight (8) years of experience in a digital marketing, customer insights, agency, or other strategic client-facing role, or working in a digital marketing function at a retailer or other direct-to-consumer businessYou have a foundational understanding of marketing strategy, frameworks, and best practices, ideally with direct experience launching and measuring campaigns in email, SMS, direct mail, or paid media channelsYou have experience advising clients or other business stakeholders on how to translate insights into action, and how to measure the impact of those actionsYou have strong presentation skills, a professional presence, and the ability to think on your feetYou’re passionate about “diving into the data” to develop a better understanding of customer behavior and are excited by the idea of getting your hands dirty in our product, both on behalf of our clients and to influence Amperity’s product roadmapDemonstrated success working in a fast-paced, swiftly-changing environmentAbility to travel occasionally for client engagements, conferences, and internal planning sessions.LocationSeattle, WA Amperity’s work model operates on four in-office days each week and one designated remote workday on Wednesdays. We value the collaboration, connection, and learning that come from working together in person.CompensationBase Salary: $117,000-$161,000. Individual compensation within this range will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, education/training, geographic location and the level at which you join. We also consider internal equity, market conditions, and overall business needs.Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package.
