Public Health Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner The Nurse Practitioner provides reproductive health services to persons of all ages at our main JCPH Community Clinic in Port Townsend, and provides quality comprehensive primary health care to adolescents in the School Based Health Centers. Education and Experience Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Washington driver’s license. Washington State Board of Health License as Nurse Practitioner with prescription privileges. Employees in this position, according to the Medicaid Administrative Match Steering Committee, Washington State Association of Local Public Health Officers Questionnaire for Skilled Professional Medical Personnel, meet all the requirements for the Medicaid Administrative claiming program. Compensation and Benefits UFCW, Grade 42, 28-35 hours/week with benefits. Starting pay typically $49.44/hr. Full hourly range $49.44/hr-$60.80/hr DOE. Full medical benefits, including dental and vision. Retirement provided through Washington State DRS. Paid Time Off (PTO), 11 paid holidays and bereavement leave.
