About TradesOn

TradesOn is a new technology platform connecting homeowners and real estate professionals with local tradespeople. As we prepare for launch in Rapid City, we're looking for an enthusiastic Community Partnerships Ambassador to help introduce TradesOn to local real estate brokerages.

The Role

As a Community Partnerships Ambassador, you'll represent TradesOn by visiting local real estate brokerages, introducing our platform, delivering Brokerage Partner Kits, and assisting interested brokerages with signing up as TradesOn Partners.

Before beginning the project, you'll participate in a training session with the TradesOn co-founders. We'll provide everything you need to confidently represent the business, including marketing materials, talking points, and onboarding guidance.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned real estate brokerages throughout Rapid City.
• Introduce TradesOn to brokers, office managers, and agents.
• Deliver Brokerage Partner Kits and branded marketing materials.
• Assist interested brokerages with completing the TradesOn sign-up process.
• Record each visit and collect key contact information.
• Identify opportunities for future partnerships and follow-up.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with new people.
• Comfortable representing a new business in the local community.
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to travel throughout Rapid City using their own reliable transportation.
• Experienced in customer service, sales, marketing, or community outreach (preferred but not required).

Compensation

This is a project-based independent contractor (1099) position.

Compensation is paid per brokerage visit:

• $25 for each brokerage visited where a Brokerage Partner Kit is delivered but the brokerage does not enroll during the visit.
• $50 for each brokerage successfully enrolled as a TradesOn Partner during the visit (this replaces the $25 visit payment—it is not paid in addition).

Mileage reimbursement will be provided for approved travel.

Estimated project value: $800–$1,500+ , depending on the number of brokerages visited and successfully onboarded.
