PAY

$21.00 - $24.50 per hour
Pay Frequency: Per Shift / As Worked

SHIFTS / AVAILABILITY Day Shift

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
• 30-minute unpaid break

Night Shift

• 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM EDT
• 30-minute unpaid break

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Active CNA Certification in good standing
• Current BLS Certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital acute care, Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), or Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) acute-care experience required to be eligible for consideration
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Measure and document vital signs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
• Support nursing staff with direct patient care activities
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
