Housekeeping Manager's Assistant
We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager's Assistant to support our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The assistant will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure that all areas meet company standards for cleanliness and organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
General statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
