Job Description Clean homes professionally using Merry Maids' exclusive cleaning procedures and products. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service through consistent and high-quality cleaning of homes.

Responsibilities:

• Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures in clients' homes.
• Operate provided cleaning equipment, including vacuums and microfiber cloths.
• Clean all home surfaces, including ceiling fans, blinds, lamps, baseboards, fixtures, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
• Clean floors in kitchens and bathrooms while kneeling when necessary.
• Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard floors, and furniture.
• Move movable furniture to clean underneath and behind it.
• Transport cleaning products and equipment between the office, vehicle, and client homes.
• Help maintain the inventory of supplies and equipment in good condition.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a professional attitude, wearing the uniform, being punctual and reliable.
• Show respect and consideration towards coworkers and clients.

Requirements:

• Ability to identify different cleaning products and their appropriate use.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of equipment.
• Ability to work in frequent contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, moisture, and cleaning products.
• Ability to drive to and from different work locations.
