Medix is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a remote role with our client. You will handle calls and messages about delivery status, address billing issues, troubleshoot pharmacy cases, and coordinate with doctors' offices to manage refill requests. Strong customer service is essential to handle patient escalations. Candidates should have 1.5+ years of CPhT experience, 1+ year in Pharmacy Billing, 1+ year in customer service, and a valid Texas or Colorado CPhT license. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medix
