LPNs also document residents' progress, communicate with families and other healthcare professionals, and ensure the comfort and safety of the residents. LPNs often act as a bridge between residents and the care team, advocating for residents' needs and providing emotional support. LPNs must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of medical and personal care tasks to promote the well-being of the residents.FunctionsReport changes in the resident's condition to physician, Care Coordinator, and family on a timely basis.
