Full-Time Automotive Technician Burns Honda is looking for experienced, fast-paced Automotive Technicians to join our growing Used Car Reconditioning Department . Our Recon Department works on all makes and models , so we are looking for technicians who are comfortable diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning a wide variety of vehicles. This is a high-volume environment where efficiency, quality, and the ability to keep vehicles moving are essential. Schedule Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
When scheduled to work Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week . Compensation : $30+ per hour What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive technician experience
• Ability to work on all makes and models
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with used vehicle inspections and reconditioning preferred
• Ability to identify needed mechanical and safety repairs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to the team
• Dependable attendance and professional work habits
• Commitment to completing repairs correctly and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning
• Diagnose and repair mechanical concerns
• Perform brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, fluid services, and general mechanical repairs
• Identify safety and mechanical concerns during inspection
• Complete repairs efficiently to help maintain Used Car Department inventory flow
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Communicate additional repair needs to management
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
