HIGH-LEVEL OVERVIEW

The Senior Global Trade Compliance Analyst is a subject matter expert who is responsible for supporting and strengthening the corporate Export Compliance Program, independently resolving compliance matters and serving as an escalation point while ensuring compliance with U.S. export regulations.

This is a hybrid position based near Boston, MA. Relocation assistance is available.

 

EXPECTATIONS

· Perform & oversee export order screening, resolving escalated screening issues in a timely manner
· Support ECCN classifications and jurisdiction determinations, maintaining documentation and rationale
· Partner with engineering and development teams on export compliance considerations tied to product releases
· Act as a subject matter resource for export compliance questions from internal stakeholders
· Execute and support export compliance training and maintain guidance materials
· Ensure records and documentation are complete and audit ready
· Create, analyze, and report on export compliance metrics and trends
· Monitor regulatory changes and lead targeted process improvements

 

ESSENTIALS

· 7+ years of export control compliance experience, software and non-tangible exports a plus
· Bachelor's degree required
· Strong working knowledge of U.S. export regulations and their application
· Demonstrated ability to apply judgment in ambiguous situations
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to build trusted partnership
· CES or similar certification preferred
