Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across a multi-county territory
• Travel throughout the assigned service area to conduct patient evaluations and treatments
• Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
• Complete all clinical documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
• Utilize the HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical records system for all documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
• Minimum of one year of recent home health occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR system
• Ability to travel across a large multi-county service area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with home health documentation standards and compliance requirements
• Strong time management skills with the ability to independently manage a patient caseload across a broad geographic territory
