What You'll Do

• Assemble, integrate, and test flight hardware to engineering specifications.
• Perform integration work on mechanical assemblies, avionics systems, and fluid systems .
• Execute critical assembly operations, including:
• Precision torquing
• Fastener installation
• Bonding and adhesive applications
• Safety wire and safety cable installation
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
• Utilize hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measurement equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of aerospace, aviation, defense, or related mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong experience in aerospace integration, mechanical assembly, or flight hardware manufacturing.
• Experience performing precision torque operations and installing safety wire/cable on critical components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and assembly specifications.
• Familiarity with flight-critical hardware, quality standards, and controlled assembly environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and safety.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $43.00/hr.
