· Collaborate with university-wide Experiential Partnerships Development colleagues to align MMC employer engagement strategies with institutional key account priorities and industry sector goals.
· Track, analyze, and report on employer outreach targets, partnership activity, and program outcomes to inform strategic planning.
3. Programming, Workshops, and Communications
· Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive calendar of career workshops and programs covering resume and cover letter writing, interviewing, job search strategies, networking, LinkedIn and social media, graduate school preparation, and other relevant topics.
