Luminary Hospice
A dedicated hospice organization in Akron, Ohio, is seeking a PRN Masters of Social Worker who will assess and provide support to patients and families during end-of-life journeys. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial evaluations, developing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and educating families about advanced directives and resources. The ideal candidate must have a Master’s in social work and experience in healthcare or hospice care. The position is PRN and does not offer benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
