What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
• Monitor critically ill patients using advanced equipment such as Edwards Lifesciences cardiac monitors and GE monitors
• Perform lab sticks, EKGs, and line starts
• Administer medications and treatments via IV pumps and PCA devices
• Float to other units including ED and PACU when needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control guidelines
• Document patient history, assessments, and care plans accurately

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Epic experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH
• Ability to care for isolation patients, including Covid-19 cases
• Knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures

Preferred:

• Experience floating to different units and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical skills in critical care
