Warehouse Administrative Clerk

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $20.00-$20.00 per hour

Overtime: Must be available for overtime on regular workdays and weekends as needed.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Clerk to assist with daily production reporting, email communication, returns, damage documentation, timekeeping, and payroll reconciliation. The ideal candidate can work independently, stay organized, and complete assignments accurately and on time.

• Complete daily production reports accurately and on time.
• Review incoming emails and respond or address them appropriately.
• Process Return-to-Vendor transactions (RTVs).
• Document damaged products thoroughly and follow established processing procedures.
• Review daily timesheets for errors and confirm all entries are accurate before reconciliation.
• Verify and reconcile weekly payroll.
• Organize payroll reports and supporting documentation for management.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Assist with additional administrative or warehouse-related duties as needed.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime during the week and on weekends as needed.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized and work with minimal supervision.
