Was Sie für uns tun können und was Sie bei uns erwartetDas können Sie für uns tunDu betreust und überwachst unsere ERP-Umgebung (proALPHA) aktiv – Monitoring, Fehlerbehebung und die Stabilität der definierten Sichten liegen in deiner Hand.Du analysierst Störungen, pflegst und optimierst bestehende Schnittstellen & Integrationen – und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Systembetrieb.Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Fachbereiche: du nimmst Anforderungen auf, priorisierst sie und setzt sie gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern um.Du steuerst externe Dienstleister und erstellst fundierte Pflichtenhefte – du weißt, was du willst, und kannst es klar kommunizieren.Du bringst proaktiv Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung ein – nicht nur verwalten, sondern mitgestalten.Das sollten Sie mitbringenKenntnisse in der Betreuung mindestens eines ERP-Systems (z.B. SAP, Dynamics, Abas, proALPHA o.ä.) – das Logo ist uns weniger wichtig als deine Denkweise.Erfahrung in der Wartung von Integrationen; PROGRESS-Kenntnisse sind ein klares Plus.Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Tools (z.B. Qlik Sense)Du gehst Problemen auf den Grund und verlierst dabei den Überblick nicht.Windows, Server, Netzwerke, relationale Datenbanken, REST-APIs – du weißt, wie die Teile zusammenhängen.Umgang mit Analyse-Tools wie Qlik Sense; Berichte lesen und einordnen können.Studium Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä. – oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung.
