Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: Kansas City, KSPosition Overview: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential recruitment support post-offer and plays a crucial role in the onboarding process. This position requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and facilitate a smooth transition into their new roles.Scheduled Details:Schedule: Monday - FridayHours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMWork Arrangement: Mostly remote, with occasional onsite attendance required (a few times per quarter)Experience Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources is required.Experience with post-offer recruitment support is essential.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in processing and reviewing background checks.Knowledge of the pre-employment screening process and onboarding procedures.Educational Requirements:High school diploma or GED is required.Additional Information:Orientation is conducted on the main campus every Monday and Tuesday.This is a nicotine-free facility.Office is closed on all holidays observed by the health system.Bi-weekly pay is provided.Unpaid days may apply for holidays.Client reserves the right for 2 cancellations per month with a minimum 2-hour notice.
