This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced packaging sales professional seeking autonomy and professional growth within a mid-sized, intentional organization. This is a growth hire and the second sales role covering the AZ/NM/UT territory. The company is looking for someone based in the greater Phoenix area, near its facility in Tolleson, AZ, who can help expand its presence throughout the region.

Reporting to Sheila McDonald, you will focus heavily on developing and growing new business relationships throughout the territory. Day-to-day, this involves selling products and services via phone calls, being out in the field meeting with customers in person, attending trade shows, client lunches, and more. You will primarily target companies in need of packaging solutions across Food & Beverage, Personal Care & Cosmetics, Agriculture, Nutraceutical, and other vertical industries. Expect approximately 20% overnight travel throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah.

The qualifications include:

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience in Packaging and/or Distribution
• Autonomous worker, comfortable working in the field or remotely
• Sales hunter comfortable developing new business
• Proven ability to grow and manage a geographic territory
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to pass a driving check
• MUST LIVE in the greater Phoenix, AZ area
