PT - Physical Therapist

Hybrid Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation and Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30), Monday to Friday. No weekends required.

We are seeking a hybrid Physical Therapist capable of providing both inpatient rehabilitation and acute care coverage. The ideal candidate should possess orthopedic experience and be comfortable managing patients across various levels of inpatient care, including Medical-Surgical, post-operative, and ICU populations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients across the continuum of care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions based on patient assessments and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Active state license is required before starting.
• Travelers considered local must reside within a 50-mile radius of the hospital.
