Welding Supervisor

This position is responsible for the supervision and direction of the site welding team. The incumbent works with suppliers, customers, and site leadership to identify, research, and develop welding and process improvement plans. The incumbent is responsible for regularly reviewing site‑welding metrics and using root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve welding operations. The incumbent is responsible for managing and storing site welding records and documents per applicable quality procedures.
